Tranning Facilities

Appropriate Training is an integral part of Human Resource placement globally. At KOPL, we recognize the significance of value added by training the available workforce to improve the quality of our overseas clients and potential candidates in search of better economic employment opportunities abroad. In addition to providing technical training, we also conduct routine orientation programs to facilitate accurate information flow to the workers going overseas.

KOPL is associated with Kantipur and Acme Engineering college and uses their facility and staff to assess required technical skills of potential candidates. Both of the Engineering college has modern stat of the art training facility and is situated near our office in Kathmandu. The 15000 sq. feet facility has specialized training divisions for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Metal Works trade. In addition, a separate floor size of 400 sq. feet is dedicated to logistics and facility management training that includes specialized trainings for the hospitality industry.

Our Training facility is equipped with modern facilities such as hi-tech Audio Visual and office automation system to facilitate a meaningful orientation prior to the workers deployment overseas.

Media Fitness

Medical Fitness is one of the key qualifiers for anyone seeking employment overseas. Taking consideration the strict and mandatory medical test requirements in most GCC countries, we are associated with Star Hospital Medical Center to deliver a quick and reliable quality testing. Star Hospital Medical Centre is equipped with modern pathology laboratory and a sophisticated X Ray service. Candidates seeking overseas employment undergo variety of medical tests including Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis, Pulmonary & Respiratory disorders, etc. at Medical Center.

Application retention Policy

Company has kept a provision of money deposit policy subject to consent of employer under which selected applicant would be asked to deposit 25000 of Nepali currencies which will be refundable with interest of 10% per annum after completion of one year of service. Deposit will be forfeited if the applicant leave the employer within one year.
